Default Need help installing Preware Homebrew

I type "webos2009606" to search for Developer Mode, but my phone doesn't find it. I have downloaded Preware Homebrew, so I am not sure why this is happening. I cannot install the software without putting the phone in Developer Mode.

What should I do?

Someone please help!

Thank you in advance!!!

Type "webos20090606" you are missing a zero there.
