I have given my old O2 palm pre to my wife to use, she is intending to use a tescos (iphone) sim, its not tied to iphone its just that you get data etc included.
It initially allowed me to sign into my old profile and everything looked and worked as it should. After checking this i did a complete factory (hard) reset so i could start from scratch for my wife. I get to the create profile page, create a new profile but then thats it, it does not allow creation of a new palm profile?
Im using these APN settings as found online
Tesco Mobile (uses the O2 network)
APN: prepay.tesco-mobile.com
Username: tescowap
Password: password

Its driving me mad, any ideas as to why i cannot create a new profile for her?
I do get the Tesco carrier name top left and signal indicator including the 3G sugnal top right but nadda when it comes to account creation, help please before i stamp on the bloomin thing.
