HELP: just picked up off stone and phone says "erasing...". Left alone on desk for a few minutes with 2 yr old son. Came back and saw this. Phone did have security code set. Does it automatically erase after too many failed attempts? Am I f'd and losing everything?

your profile should restore all your stuff at most you will lose all your in app data . Most all you important stuff should be restored when you sign back into your webOS profile .

Just following up on my situation. I DID indeed need to re-doctor my Pre+ and after logging into profile, settings and apps were restored, but all pictures and videos were lost forever

Can anyone recommend a good backup app/util?
