    Right after ages of on the tech support help with "paul" i have come to the conclusion that they are all useless idiots. This being the case i was wondering if you the smart people could help me in my problem. I recently came back from my trip to america which in any case would be a blast apart from the fact my phone stopped function properly it would not send calls or texts and my wireless would not see the internet or the app store and it wouldn't download apps. thinking maybe the issue would disappear if i gave the phone an old reset (apps and data) I couldnt sign into the profile setup or create a profile following this i had a long converstation with "paul" over 1 hour which was franqly a waste of my time.

    I am sorry, your device needs only data connection from your carrier not the Wi-Fi to create or log into Palm Profile.

    You need to do Erase Apps and Data on your device to fix this issue.

    2) I personally would try putting it into dev mode ##devmode# and using impostah to establish the palm profile over wifi..

    what information do you want to send, and where are you sending it?

    and what do you mean by "factory reset"? If you did a full erase, you didn't get to factory fresh.

    for that, you need to run the correct version of webos doctor.

    also, was the phone first activated in the US or another country?
