    I'm starting to have touchscreen issues, the phone intermittently activates the bottom icons on it's own (and I can't reproduce the behaviour, it happens randomly.) The power button is also stuck, which I've read is a farily easy fix. Will phones that are returned be repaired or replaced? Just concerned given HPs abandonment of the phone.

    *Also, I live in Canada and will have to send the phone by dogsled. Takes months I am told.

    I would start with your carrier and see what they can do for you, may be faster than the dogsled. If it is under warranty then HP should honor it as they have not gone out of business just have stopped producing WebOS devices.
