Hi, I am about to get my first WebOS Palm device - Palm Pre Plus from US (I live in Thailand). I got this phone from eBay and it is AT&T, so I have to unlock first.
After searching thru the forum & google, I guess there are 2 service providers available which seemed to be reliable. Digital Unlock vs NextGen Server.

Regardless of cost $, as it is almost equivalent, taking into account of promo code on Digital Unlock $29 --> $20 and NextGen $19.xx (BTW, "PALMFORUM" promo code for NextGen doesn't work, in fact, there is no place to put the code in, or do you guys know how/where to put it?).

Which one do you guys think it is more reliable, easy to do, less hassle?

My notebook is Win7 64bit, but if it is problem. I can use other notebook running on XP for unlocking purpose only.

    Thanks,
    Narain
PS. I found a few YouTube videos "how to unlock" made by NextGen, is it still valid?

I just used NextGen Server. The promo code worked fine. If you scroll down on this page (http://www.nextgenserver.com/palm_pre_unlock.htm), you'll see a spot that says "If you have a discount code please enter here". It did not work for me on my Win7 64-bit notebook, but it worked fine on my old XP notebook. Hope this helps.

I think I'd better use my friend Notebook XP to do the unlock as suggested by both of you, to be sure.

    Thanks for help,
