I have 5 as well, but only because the launcher is (so far) unpatchable in 2.x so I'm stuck with 3x4 configuration :/

I have four Launcher pages and have applied patch Advance Configuration for App Launcher where I can get four apps across and five rows displayed on screen at one time. I have labeled the pages: System, Main, Other, and Games. The System and Game Page names describes its content, but the Main page contains the applications program initially installed but not moved to System or Games, and Other are purchased or Preware installed applications not included in either System or Games. I did not spend much time thinking this out as you can see.

10 pages for me...I do not like the clutter with the unpatched launcher on 2.1.0, so I decided to add pages to alleviate the need to scroll up and down in each launcher page.

    1. Start
    2. Social
    3. Media
    4. Stock Apps
    5. Apps
    6. Tools
    7. Settings
    8. Extras

    I have 7:
    Games: 21 apps
    Web: 14 apps
    Web-Work: 8 apps
    Media - Sports: 16 apps
Apps - Travel: 20 apps (Preware, App Store, BFG, translator, etc.)
Utilities: 16 apps (QST, Govnah, Ghastly Headset, Luna Manager, Dev Mode, etc.)
Phone Info: 14 apps (Device Info, Backup, etc.)

I thought of having no more than are readily visible in a 4X4 arrangement. (Didn't always stick to that, though)

I have 5: Media and GPS, Games, Utilities, Pre Setup, Unused.

And remember, you can easily move icons from one page to the other by simply tapping and holding gesture plus tap icon you want to move. Choose move and pick the page you want to go to. That's it. It's much easier than tapping and holding an icon and dragging it to the page you want it to be.

I have five, I like to keep it simple.

    1. Palm
    2. Apps
    3. Games
    4. Utilities
    5. System

Pages 1 and 5 are left stock, with the exception of Facebook and Youtube added to first page.

Any more pages gets ridiculous to flip between them.
