    Just doctored my pre+ to 2.1 via the webos internals wiki. Everything went fine. When I configure my exchange account, e-mail and calendar look good. However, none of my Exchange contacts will sync down to the device. If I create a new contact on the pre, it does sync it up to Exchange. Has anyone run into this before?

    Same problem here. It used to work, but after recreating the account the pre just won't download any contacts. Checked the same settings with a fresh pre2, it works. Deleting Account does not help. Calendar, Mail and Tasks sync without a problem. Help?

    Solved:
    went to Contacts, deleted EAS account there.
    Went to Calendar, deleted EAS account there.
    Next, went to E-Mail, deleted EAS account there.

    After a restart, I recreated the EAS account. At first, no dice.
    One day later all contacts magically returned.
