    I just lost all sound from my Pre Plus (Verizon). I checked the settings, turned off Bluetooth, and restarted twice. Any other suggestions? Thanks for any help offered. Dee

    Have you tried plugging in and unplugging your ear piece?

    Sounds like stuck in headset mode.

    My Pre doesnt have sound from inner earpiece, I have to either do speaker phone or bluetooth. Mine is stuck in headset mode and I haven't figured out how to fix it...

    Take it to Sprint or Verizon and have them clear it (Sprint in Reno has cleared mine in less than a minute each time), then NEVER PUT ANYTHING IN THE HEADSET JACK AGAIN! EVER! Go with Bluetooth only.
