Voicemail icon not showing accurate count

Hey guys,

I'm using a Sprint Pre. When I get a new voicemail, it always shows up in the count on the voicemail icon on the phone. However, no matter how many other voicemails I get, it stays at one.

I just went into the phone preferences and hit "reset voicemail count", then called my phone twice and left two messages, and neither showed up. So, according to my count, I have no messages, but when I called my voicemail, I have THREE.

Anyone have any ideas?

same scenario here(Bell Mobility), although, as long as it shows 1, I know I have messages, regardless of the count. Doesn't solve the problem, I know, but if you think about it in a binary sense, 1 = yes, 0 = no, so not so much of a counter as it's telling you whether or not you have messages
