    themes are available in preware,

however, where are you located, and which carrier are you using. If others don't report the same issue, it's probably on your side.

    what is preware?

Your not going to get the app catalog there unfortunately. If the phone was first activated in Pakistan then it will never get app catalog even in supported countries untill Palm has a launch partner presences in Pakistan Should be able to get the homebrew apps and themes through preware.

preware is a homebrew catalog similar to the app catalog, but only for homebrew patches and such, but it also has feeds from theme servers and such. You need to read the thread called 'getting started with homebrew' to get webos quickinstall and then preware. That's the easiest way to get themes and patches.

There is no way Preware will touch your unlock status at all. Preware and none of the patches and apps found through it even has access to that level of the phone. unlocking the phone is done on a cell firmware level to which Preware does not touch nor is permitted to touch. Once you unlock a phone, it cannot be locked again. I hope this is clear enough.

Dr'ing (flash) your phone should not change your unlock status.

Yes, you can create an entirely new Palm Profile if you wish.

Immediately following the language selection and Terms of Service acceptance, you have an opportunity to log in to your Palm Profile or create a new one. Just create a new one with a different email than you used before and a password of your choosing.
