    Hi all

I'm hoping you can shed some light on a problem I'm having. My battery has recently started to drain quite badly. I have lost 40% in a little under 5 hours today and all I've done is browse a few web sites and facebook (a total of about 25 minutes) on a 3g connection. I'm sure it never use to drain this quickly. Also it goes from 30-40% to 0% in no time at all.

I have no patches or anything installed, it's just a bog standard Pre I've had since last October.

Can anyone give me any tips on how I can sort this out?

    Thanks!!

This is the typical sign of an dying battery. You can:
    1. Run Dr.Battery (calibration) to get rid of the sudden shutdown (but it doesn't gives you longer runtime)
    2. Get a new battery. There are OEM avail for around 5$.
