    The Pre Plus (on the left obviously) in this picture has the "Just Type" bar at the top. Looks to be running webOS 2.0. I wasn't aware of anything other than the Pre 2 running 2.0 yet unless there's a Just Type for the Pre/Plus I missed.

    That's not a Pre Plus it's a Pre 2.

    -->Edit
    Okay, you need to scroll way down and then:

    Yep, that's a Plus running 2.0...

    So the doctor has to be floating around...

    Palm, where's my Bell version?
    Palm IIIc -> Sony CLIÉ T650C -> Sony TJ-37 -> Palm TX -> Palm Centro -> Palm Pre Bell -> Palm Pre Plus Bell/Verizon Hybrid -> HP Veer -> HP Pre 3 NA -> BlackBerry Classic -> BlackBerry Priv

    Hmmm... could it just be a screen capture from the Pre2, shown on a Pre+?

    It wouldn't have to be photoshopped, just a screen cap viewed full screen on a Pre ore Pre Plus... But there isn't any reason it couldn't actually be running 2.0.

    i'm not really impressed to see webOS 2.0 running on any of the current hardware because we've known all along that all devices will get it. what would impress me is getting a release date that the carriers actually make!

    True but since I actually own a Pre (-) now a software refresh would make me appreciate my device even all the more... Until I can buy new hardware as well...

    no, not a photoshop. Take a screenshot on your phone, then open it up in picture viewer on the pre. One could just send that pic to any pre and it would look like it is running 2.0 assuming the original screenshot was from a 2.0 device

    Thought that was just the 2.0 emulator for devs. Does the emulator actually run on the phone? I have no idea

    The Palm Developer newsletter sent out via email just today says...

    "This month, HP unveiled its Palm Pre 2 smartphone. The new device will be the first to run webOS 2.0, currently available through our Early Access program."

    So, IDK, it sounds like it's available to me. I could be wrong though.
