LED below device not working

For the Palm Pre Plus, instead of a silver ball beneath the screen, there is inplace a touch sensitive LED light. I turned off my phone, and turned it on again. THE LED DESNT WORK ANYMORE! What is wrong?

is ur LED setting turned on in ur Screen and Lock menu?

I have a Pre Plus, and I don't think that there is an option to turn it off or on.

I tried doing a reset, but the first time didn't work. I tried again, and it worked! Don't know why though...
