    Ok, here is what happened. I change the Palm Profile email to another one online, on the computer using palm's website. Then after I doctored my phone to 1.4.5 I try to login as usual and it says Sign-In Failed. We were unable to sign you in. Normally I wouldn't be able to use the phone, but I meta-doctored 1.4.5 using bypass first use app option. However I've yet to fix this problem. And I've tried everything, including contacting palm, which told me its a hardware issue and that i should contact bell mobility about it. I highly doubt this is a hardware problem though. I don't know, but I'm hoping someone has a little insight into the problem


    EDIT: Problem fixed. Got into contact with online tech support. Had them unlock my profile. Turns out that the remote erase feature also locks your profile.
