On my wife's Pre, it will call people in the middle of the night when it is on the touch stone. It will register rouge screen taps when you aren't even holding the phone. Its as if the phone is possessed. I am going to back up what I can and run webos DR. do you think that will fix it?

no it will not , the processor is shot . this happened to me and sprint replaced it without questions. but if you have anything on the phone like uberkernel i would remove it first

but you will probably run the doctor before returning it, you should try doctoring just to see if it makes a difference.

the operating system is replacing but its not a warranty issue . if the OS is faulty they will replace anyways . if it was faulty hardware then the warranty would not cover this but its the OS and they will replace it !!
