Anyone know what this might be?

Have you looked on the palm.com website? There is a 'Contact Us' like right there on the bottom of the main page (you have to choose your model/carrier for specific contact info).

Your best bet for questions/issues is to use the Palm chat: Palm Sprint (Pre) Live-Chat

Yeah. Only has mailing addressed and phone numbers.

Not sure I've ever seen a Palm customer service email address - have you used the live-chat feature?

Palm does not provide email support. All support has to be done through the various other channels that have been setup

    Telephone support
    Chat support
    Palm.com forums support

You mean that I can't send Palm an email telling them what great work HardbeatZ does? That's just crazy.

Although I'm always open to being built up to my bosses nope. There is no "official" email support.

As with every company everyone has email addresses that if you happened to know the email address you can send them an email, or it has to go through snail mail.
