    my webos doctor keeps getting stuck at 4%

    help please

    it stays at 4% and then says "Phone Disconnected"

    also is there a way to recover lost game data?!?

    Go to the call screen and type #*usbpass# (#*8727277#) and press call.
    The next card asks you to enter a usb passthrough code.
    You need to download a keygen (see attachments)
    Enter your pre's serial number (go to device info on the pre) and click ok on the keygen.
    The code generated is your usb passthrough key.
    Enter the password to get to the next screen.
    Make sure all the options (ACM USB PORT, USB PORT 1 ect...) are all set to none.

    Should be all set. I just went through the same issue.
    Solves the issue of not being promted to use your Pre as a USB device aswell.

    also, a couple potentially easy questions
    1. are you using the official palm cable or a 2nd hand cable. i find i get inconsitent results with the non-Pre cable
    2. have you tried a different USB port on your computer, I have occasionally resolved the issue by switching ports.
