copy and paste an event in the calendar

OK, how could palm do such a wonderful job with this calendar app and leave out being able to copy an event and paste it in a different day / time? I have several repeating events that happen on a very irregular schedule. There is no way to set up a repeating event that works. Best thing is to create a single event and copy it to the other days. Is there a way to do this?

Wish there was, I've tried to do the same thing. Haven't found a way.

What is needed is a "duplicate" or "clone" function.

In the latest version of UC, you can meta-tap an event in day or week view and it will copy the event.

the meta-tap version is not up in preware yet. Check the UC thread.

i updated my touchpad with preware and various patches and i do have a copy button to copy events. excellent. too bad my son is not in baseball anymore so i don't need it as much as i used to. oh, well. still glad to have the ability. thanks.
