    Does anyone know who runs and administer the store ?

    I've on several occasions e-mailed the store without any reply.
    I don't dare to shop there if it isn't run properly.

    What are everyone elses experience with them ?

    never used email -
    Phone help was very good - orders are delivered on time or early - always complete
    Customer Service is very good, concerning warranties - very quick turn around on product or information needed to complete a warranty transaction

    I think it would be far to expensive to call from Norway. Not to mention - are they awake when I am... ?
    ;-)

    Strange that they don't reply to e-mails then.

    Is it run by the same people that administer this site ?

    I've bought a few things from them and they always arrived fairly quickly and I've never had any problems. Because of that, I've never had to email or call them though.

    go to 'about' page and look up the vp of ecommerce. You can also see their phone number and extension so you can call them

    I'm not going to call them since I'm in Norway.
    I've e-mailed to ask them what they do with VAT since goods would be exported.
    I would pay VAT regardless when it arrives here, so I'd like to have confirmed that VAT is extracted from what I pay.

    But, although I've asked them several times, no one has answered my e-mails.

    there is no vat in the us. And no sales tax unless they have a location in your zip code (which they don't).

    as long as they are willing to ship outside north america, you should be fine.
