Tomorrow will be the 5th time im sending in my pre to palm uk, for the 5th time, they have given me 1 refurb and repaired my first pre 3 times. I have spent around 25 in postage, and lost 40 in screen protectors.

Now I dont have all the numbers, but at some point, all the repairs will cost palm a bit of money and at somepoint (maybe at my 10th repair) the cost would amount to the cost of a new phone right..?

Anyone think of any ways i could convince them to cut out the time inconvenience (cuz thats the part that really bugs me) and get them to send me a new pre?
