I did a search and didn't find anything similar, so I am curious as to if anyone else has experienced this or has any ideas why it may have happened.

First off, let me state that pretty much the thing I use my phone for the least is actual phone calls. I hate to talk on the phone.

There are only a few people I talk to and this never happens on a regular basis.

I think the one I talk to the most is my son, when he gets tired of typing texts. He's been away with his grandparents for the past 2 weeks, so recently I haven't talked to anyone.

The only outgoing call I have made in the past several weeks is one try at calling my dad, the other day.

However, today, when I glanced at my call log, I found that yesterday and the day before, I had supposedly made calls to a landline number, several cities away from me.

I know no one here and no one here has my cell number.

There are only 8 people that have it to begin with and none of then live in the same state as me.

Obviously, I never made these calls, especially since they were made at times I was very busy working and my phone was sitting quietly beside me on the Touchstone.

And no, there is no one else that uses my phone. Even if my roommate picked it up, it would do him no good, as it is pin locked.

    Any ideas?

Also... did you assure they were outgoing calls and not incoming calls? If I remember correctly you are using the call reject per contact patch... which doesnt actually reject calls, it simply doesnt allow the phone to ring when they come in, they still ring right through... if you have it set to auto hangup then it will show a completed call of a second or two.

The links dbd posted to you might also hold explanations...

I will assert that it might also be pixi gremlins that crawled into your pre... those things are nasty.

    Thanks!

I did see that thread, before, but I haven't had anything else weird happen and no visual stuff that makes it look as if my Pre is doing anything weird.

At the times these supposed calls happened, it was sitting on the Touchstone, showing nothing by the normal time and lock screen.

I'm going with your gremlins theory, because yes, they were outgoing calls.

And no, I have the patch that completely blocks anyone not in my contact list, not per contact.

The calls I was getting were bill collectors for the person that used to have this number and there are some people that may get it from some of my family members that I do not wish to talk to.
