Can someone help me? Im trying to figure out how to get Preware on my Phone. Says i need to get filecoaster (whatever that is). I tried getting filecoaster via webos quickinstall and i cant get it to download. please help!

Filecoaster isn't needed. You can install Preware with WebOS Quick Install. Click the blue arrow, then in the feeds box, find the 'Web Os Internals (All). Download Preware, then install it. Tada!

When I try to access the blue arrow I get an "invalid url" error and cannot connect to feed. I have developer mode on, nova installed and running, computer also knows the pre is plugged in. Is WebOSQI currently down?

That's because it's the Feed: Web OS Internals (Pre). My mistake.

Yes, I am currently running that version of WQI.

Cannot connect to package feed/ Invalid URl error persisting after fresh download of WQI and computer restart.

I don't understand the purpose of the line, I don't need to drink to have fun. Great, no one does. But why start a fire with flint and sticks when they've invented the lighter?

Let's all give thanks to the app that started it all.

For what it's worth, the standalone installer has existed for a long while now, and in the end, has the same requirements to function as WOSQI does

To the OP: WebOS-Internals has Preware in the "WebOS Internals (Pre)" feed now.
