    I purchased some brand new apps yesterday & I wanted to backup my profile for obvious reasons but when the app opens, it says it hasn't backed since last week.

    I tried to do it last night but an hour had passed and nothing was happening, the bottom still said preparing. I figured it might take long, not having backed it up for a week, it might be alot.

    so I let it run over night & when woke up & checked it, it still said preparing & that the last back up happened on the 17th of July!

    Is there any to fix this?

    tried restarting the phone?

    reboot phone hit the back up button and set phone down and leave it alone for a little while . if this does not work ,download the repair utility and run it on your phone to clear up any glitches it may have.

    thank you guys.

    I've rebooted the phone four times since last night, and it looks like that fourth time did it, it backed up successfully.

    yeah thx. And shadavis08, your "bug" got me, tried to wipe off sceen,lol.
