Lightbulb Pre LED hardware

What is the LED on the Pre? I know a bit about it already: 100mA const., 200mA max or with adequate cooling. I'm trying to replicate this LED on another device but I'm having a hell of a time sifting through Google's results to find the supplier/part#. Any pointers appreciated.

It's probably impossible to determine the exact supplier/part, and they've probably been changing as time has gone on.

Best to go right to DigiKey or Mouser. There are plenty of other part distributors, but those are pretty good (Mouser has the added benefit of no minimum order). You'll find high-current white LEDs under optoelectronics.
