    Hi,
First of all I am posting this from my pre so excuse any spellig or grammar mistakes. So, today I decided to finally overclock so I went into preware and installed uberkarnal and govnah (uberkernal first). I went into govnah, went to profile and changed it to screenstate 500/800. I have been on it for about an hour and do not notice at differance speed wise. Any help would be great!
    thanks

are you using it while plugged in and charging?

also, in govnah, what does it say you are clocked at?

for me the speed is most obvious when multitasking, loading a new app, swiping between them are you doing that?

lastly, did you read the full instructions for the kernel and govnah?

    no

    800 mhz

I just tried that and I do see the speed differance a bit more now. Where can I get the compache kernal to eliminate the tmc error?

and no...dont tell at me lol

If you have Govnah v0.5.7, tap on the profile, then Advanced Settings > Compressed Swap. Then you can enable the compcache by setting it to true and adjust the memlimit setting.

if your phone is plugged in it will operate at the default speed of 500. Unplug it and check Govnah again.

That's ok, the same applies. Once you tap on the actual profile and then tap the govenor name, you'll be able to set the speeds you want, set compcache to true, apply and save the profile. Then when you close Govnah your settings will stay. Once you have turned on compcache you can also change the memlimit setting as well.

If you're looking to see a huge increase in speed, then I think you might be a little disappointed.. lol. You might wanna wait until the developers create the Super Sonic Speed Increase Kernel.

These kernel(s) mostly produce a slight increase in speed, smoother scrolling, and a better overall unit.

To be honest I can't remember how 5.0 looks as the version I have is much different. If you still can't find it, go to the Govnah thread, and I'm sure you can get directions there.
