Theme setting problems

How exactly do you set a theme, to be more specific, I downloaded a theme using webos quickinstall using themer, it gives me the option to install and once i do it still says in device info that I am set on the default theme, any solutions?

use preware and do it.... open preware, go to the preware pulldown menu, go to manage feeds and scroll down to precentral-themes and make sure the feed is switched to on and the prethemer feed is switched to on...

then get your themes from off preware and install them...
