Default programming pause in phone number

I used to be able to put two # signs in after my *86 voice mail number followed by my pin. It would cause a pause, then enter the pin. This is not working on the Pre. Anyone know how to do it?

Try using a comma instead.

use 't' for a timed pause (my preference).
