    Okay so after a long day of getting dissed by Webos Doctor, I finally got it to work with version 1.1 lol but then i just went straight to 4.1.x.x and it worked as well. Once it pulls up the page where it asked to sign into your Palm Profile it denies my profile saying I dont have a network connection. So the problem really seems to be that for some reason its not picking up a connection now? I'm in the same spot where I always have a connection. I have 3 out of 5 bars but no EVDO, which I normally would have EVDO everywhere, so now I cannot get past the login...

    any ideas?

    Why did you use version 1.1? and what is 4.1.x.x?

    Just doctor it with 1.4.1 and provide some more details/clarification please.

    this is happening to me as well. Maybe it is a fault with the new update?

    I just went into the o2 shop and they said you can only do it with a sim on contract which is why I was getting the error message - maybe this is why yours isnt working.

    Happened to me. Actually doctored because it couldn't establish a network connection no matter what tech support told me to do, but no success. In store tech did a data reset. ##3282# and reset. You'll need your MSL for this. This is all assuming you're on Sprint, of course.

    Try doing a partial erase and then trying to sign in again

    1. Click on the "emergency call" section
    2. Erase the 911
    3. Type ##HELPHELP# on the virtual dialpad
    4. Erase everything

    After it is done try logging into your profile again.

    Nevermind, it's the Erase options! lol
    Yeah it just brings up the device information application without having to actually be signed into a profile.
