I did not download this as I can recall, but it looks like a crescent moon with a black circle up and to the right. It's semi transparent unlike all of the apps on my screen and clicking it does nothing. *** is this icon??

that usually means that the app is not installed correctly, or the update for it did not install correctly. Just remove the app or wait a little bit and try to update. You might need to remove and reinstall anyways. I have had this happen too, but its not ireversable..

can't. I'm on my pre and it's the only way I can get online. I've looked in my settings, looked through all the apps I have and looked at everything installed from preware, and nothing shows this icon.

update apps does show a box with no icon, when clicked it says this action could not be completed but gives no information on what the app is.

I won't be near a computer for some time. I'm a truck driver and currently about 2700 miles from home.

    The icon is this: http://forums.precentral.net/palm-pr...ml#post2208221

It represents an app that has no icon or an app that has not fully installed.
