    I just ran the repair tool and found this what file is this for?

    It is a log file to tell you what has just happened with your computer. You should see logfiles if you dotor as well.

    he is asking about /etc/version not the log.txt. Are you sure your webos doctor version matches your current webos version?

    the version file contains build version number.

    I'm pretty sure the webos dr is for 1.4.1.1 and thats what is on my phone.

    Plus I thought it checks for matching webos versions before it starts.
