    it's the only option I can think of, but I'm also relatively new to webos. There may be something in the patches that may help, but I haven't really gotten into that yet.

    We tried to recover the device through webOsDoctor and in the final appeared the same thing: apn adress, user, pass... and again it didn't want to accept the adress and things reported by the operator

    Meta doctor the phone and enter viacom manually, because viacom is not a original network that the pre recognizes.

    1.) should I follow the instructions on the web page of the hp palm developing center ? (I cannot post a link because of inscufficient posts)
    2.) can we use after that our device normaly, I mean as usual?

    phone will work without problem if you followed metadoctor correctly.
