    When I go to Sprints web site to check my bill, a white box appears and the screen fades a little. Is there a way to actually view my bill?

    Are you starting from the stock Sprint icon from your phone?
    It should work from there but it's more of a hassle than it's worth to me. I had to enter my #, then go to my account, then enter my user name and pw etc.
    Not sure why it's not workin for ya but you can get pretty detailed info by dialing *4. You can even have a text sent to you with your current usage. Beyond that if you want to view your call history or other details use a real comp.

    Are you trying from sprint.com? Try the mobile optimized site at Portal Login, and following the links to My Account and see if that works for you?
