    Hey community,
I am fairly new still discovering the wonders of my Pre (excitedly just installed Preware) and am enamored by the community behind this great product. But I was wondering, what is the most common and generally safest means of overclocking. I researched older articles of Super PreKernel but it appears those links and videos have been taken down and with no links to be found. I would greatly appreciate any help at all.

he said he already has preware installed. just open preware, tap on list of everything. search for uberkernel and then govnah. install them both and search the forums on what each different type of scaling option does and how it works.

hatchettjack said it perfectly. Here are links to help you out.

    WOSQI - http://forums.precentral.net/canuck-...l-v3-12-a.html

    PREWARE - http://forums.precentral.net/webos-i...0-preware.html

    OVERCLOCKING - http://forums.precentral.net/palm-pr...rclocking.html

The WOSQI link actually has links to the install guide, preware and several other very helpful links.

Are those better than the 720mzh patch, & CPUScaler Ultimate?

ok guys... how do I do this?

I was an alpha tester for the 720/800 kernels, but I don't get this new govnah and uber-kernel stuff..

I installed both. What do I do know?
    Uber-kernel just shows its update-log...

open govnah, click on governor, you will see three settings, min, max and set. click on each setting to see your options. i have mine set to 500 min, 800 max, and 800 set and it is awesome. after any restart you will have to reset these settings. enjoy

Make sure you've rebooted after installing the Uber-Kernel otherwise the 800 won't show as an option.
