    I just received my pre plus yesterday and set it up. I confirmed my Palm account via the e-mail that was sent to me.

    I went to the app catalog and I can see it trying to load then I get this message:

    "The action could not be completed. Try again later."

    How does one fix this?

    I usually just do a restart but sometimes the app catalog is down.

    I have done resets and I just upgraded it to the latest OS. I was having this issue last night as well.

    Is the catalog working for you?

    I am going to try and send an app to my phone and see what happens.

    my app catalog works now the send phone to app link never works for me.

    I have read that I might have to do a partial delete and that should fix it.

    It's working now. I did a partial erase.
