    took my pre back to O2 today for repair, and on the computer, when it asked for the problem with the phone, they simply wrote, Palm Pre. HAHA

    but on a lighter note, all the staff seemed to have knowledge of the pre, and liked it, so i hope they are pushing it

    sorry it took so long to reply, not been checking forums very much.

    the problem was, the screen would go blank, and the back light would remain on, only way to get it working again was a battery pull. webOS doctor did not fix the issue, so i decided to take it in for repair.

    yesterday, O2 rang me to say the found a tiny crack in the phone somewhere, and this voided the warranty, so it would cost 102 for the repair
