    As dbd said before, HardBeatZ does this in his spare time. ANY help given here by him is complimentary to his job. This isn't his job. If you have an issue, post in the official Palm forums or call Palm.

    Hey HardBeatZ, keep up the good work dude!

    Folks, Palm is really trying to step up its efforts to bring a bigger net presence in support of their devices. Besides HBZ, there are other Palm CSR's who are putting in many hours to respond to questions posed to them on Palm's own support forum.

    Here's to the continued success of webOS!

    I just wanted to create a new thread to thank HP, HardBeatZ and the other HP/Palm employes.
    But then this thread came up:

    I noticed that since the TP is available HP, HardBeatZ and other HP/Palm employes are very active here in our nice forum.
    HardBeatZ is talking to everyone with problems on his TP asking for logfiles and giving answers.

    This is a support other companies can only dream about.
