    Hi there ! Im a new user here and i have a big problem and i decide to write here my problem with my palm pre after 1000 of search's on web . ok i dont no what ive done but it apear on my screen this message ''you are no longer signed in to your palm profile on this phone'' .ok . i try ''just restart'' and i wait hours and no thing screen look like is froze ..then i turn off and try ''erase all data'' and same thing ...i dont have a clue what can i do please HELP ME ...THANKS

    After you erase data and apps, I think you should get a screen to sign in to your profile. If you don't, I think you should do a WebOS Doctor. How To Recover - WebOS Internals

    you said you're a new user so I'm guessing you have a 30 day grace period. So instead of going threw all that doctoring and erasing stuff I would take it back and get another.why cause if your hardware is messed it could lead to more problems

    After you do a full erase of data and apps, do you get a screen that asks you to sign in to your Palm Profile?????????

    I wonder what message you get if someone erases their profile with Palms online profile handler?

    Try and log into your profile on the palm website just to make sure its still possible.
