    My two month old insurance (refurbished) pre is, and has been resetting several times a day. Should I return it to Asurion?

    You could try to use WebOS Doctor first, but this sounds like a hardware issue... Are you doing something in particular when the device resets?

    Tried the dr., that didn't work. Not doing anything particular when it resets, it just happens.

    Go to the sprint store first to see if they will replace it first.

    Hmm... I think it would be best to get another replacement...

    btw, is your battery loose at all? I'm just trying to cover all the bases here

    If I'm not mistaken, don't Asurion replacements have to be handled through Asurion?

    Correct, all Asurion replacements have a 1yr warranty via Asurion. Sprint will not replace this device due to defect if within that time frame.

    Asurion units have a sticker on them, and should indicate the warranty date.
