Can anyone make an app from this website?

I doubt it. There doesn't seem to be any UK action out there.

For what its worth, +1 for this

    Yup +1 for me too...

When the Pre was first launched over here there was definitely a logo for a 'tube' (i.e. London Underground) app... I assumed it would be first in the queue when paid apps appeared... wrong of course!

Anyone know of any UK devs that may have the know how to do it?

I'm not sure how you expect someone to make an app out of that website. I don't see anything on there about them publishing any API to make their website data available to 3rd party software.

However, why don't you just actually visit the website on the Pre?

a quick google reveals an API for the tube is available here:

If anyone wants to take on the challenge

An in addition there is a public API for transport direct, they're encouraging use through part of the governments drive to free up government data:

The Texas Lottery Numbers application would be a good starting block for this, it shouldn't require too much work to get a crude app together.

I would also like to see a UK travel app. I hope to visit this year.

Well the UK app store needs something to make it shine and an app with all this info on would be a good start. cant help thinking that we are just going to keep seeing the same old rubbish day in and day out though.
