Issues with Best Buy repair.... (again)

Just wanna add that my launch day Pre was purchased at Sprint with TEP. The touchscreen went out last Wednesday, and I had a no-charge replacement (refurb, in good shape) on the next evening at the store. Good service, didn't have to use TEP. I can't imagine going weeks without my only phone.....
