so i know hardware code 25 explains why my wifi won't connect, and it should be covered under palm's warranty. However, I am wondering how it affects the premiere "new for you" deal. I once had a phone replaced under factory warranty, and it reset my time to get a new phone. (hence why i've been with sprint for 8 years and this is just now my 3rd phone with them...)

Also with all the troubles i've been reading in the forums of people with refirb phones that still have residual data (i.e. patches) from the previous owner(s), i was wondering if there was something to say/do to get a brand new phone. I have absolutely no desire to change from such a great device, but i took care of mine, and i don't want someone else's mistreated phone...

I bought the phone the day it came out, so i'm nearing "replacement" time, but do i even need to wait?
