    Hi,
    I own a Movistar Palm Pre since two months, everything was fine until a few days.
    I can't make or receive calls from my Palm Pre. I made a test in the Device Info App, and as results, the modem is not working properly, displaying "error 20".
    Signal strenght is very good and 3G too. Even I'm able to connect to internet trough wifi or 3G.

    I've run Webos Doctor, dowgrade to 1.3.5.2, upgrade to 1.4 and no improve at all.

    Sim works perfect in other phone but no other Sim works in my Pre...

    Have anyone experiencing this problem?
    How can I solve it?

    Exactly the same problem I had. Pre is now with Palm UK "for repair".

    I have heard a rumour that Palm are relocking the unlocked phones. Not sure of it is true or not.

    By the way, you may want to check as I found with the SIM in and the phone on, all calls are lost, callers get a message saying Iam not available and the call is terminated. No option to go to voicemail.

    I'm in the USA using an AT&T SIM card in my unlocked Movistar Spain Palm Pre and so far still good. They better not be locking them via updates!
