GPS Without Location Servies (without the cellular network)

I have been looking and searching through the forums, and I am not finding anything about the GPS programs that run without the cellular network.

So I ask my question, Is there a program, or patch, that i can install to have a functional GPS program that I can use where no cellular service is available.
