    Hey Guys, I'm having a issue running WebOS Doctor on my phone. I will download the file, open it and go through the steps. Set for English, then click next. Then it says "Checking System", installs NOVACOM and asks me to connect my phone. I'll plug in my phone and choose "Just Charge" and....nothing. The software doesn't recognize the phone. I hear Windows recoinage the phone, just not WebOS Doctor. Any solutions to this?

    I had an issue too. What I did was make sure I had Developer Mode on, plugged it in, make sure webOS quick install recognized the phone, ran webOS doctor, and then when it came to thay part of the process, I unplugged the phone and plugged it in again. The next button should be clickable and the process can begin. Hope it works out.

    Anybody having issues should always...

    1. Reboot Pre.
    2. Reboot PC.
    3. Try again.
    4. If problem persists, reinstall Novacom.
    5. Try again.
    6. If problem persists, start over at step 1.

    But, typically, the reboots are the solution.
