    I have cert from my IT dept and the account seems to have set up properly but only the Outbox shows up and I get the "Unable to sign in error. Is it a setting with EAS or is it the cert I was given?

    I really could use some help. My IT person doesn't seem to committed to getting this resolved.

    It's getting really frustrating not being able to use such a widely used program as Exchange on my phone.

    I have EAS but no cert required so I can't help you but have you tried contacting Palm directly?

    I have as well as my IT guy and they were completely stumped.

    I did go to a Sprint store today to see about getting my Sprint Nav to work and they said that my phone had a "software glitch" and I needed a new phone. Maybe that's the issue. It'll be here Monday so I'll post the outcome.
