    A few days ago I noticed my phone was Offline. I didnt know how it happened or how to fix it. After going into a Sprint store I was told the standard story, it would have to be replaced. I went home to back it up and decided to call Palm for support. After 2 hours of working with Web dr. to hard reset the phone I then encountered a blue sky screen with the message, "Phone error, your phone is experiencing an error that cannot be resolved. Visit palm.com/support/for help."

    I have opted to send the phone to Palm for repair but thought I would post my problem here first in hopes to try and resolve this issue.

    Help!!

    This just happened to me as well. I've reset it with WebOSDoctor twice with no luck.
