    nothing helped with it i even tried the delete option in the app catalog preferences menu . i tried everything i could think of lol

    I had the box, and tried everything folks have suggested to fix it. Nothing worked, and only after a partial erase did it go back and work correctly.

    yea partial erase was the only thing that worked for me also. Hope you have a laptop with you on your trip if you want preware back

    I had the box on my data toggle app and my phone was being really sluggish and the battery was draining crazy fast. The thing that fixed it for me was to turn it of then take the battery out for about 5 mins.

    OP!!!!!!

    See this tread!!!!! I had the same issue as you.. Followed the directions and fixed it no problem. NO need to erase your phone!!!
