    For the record I used Secure Erase with no problems at all.

    If you are having particular problems with the secure erase maybe we can assist you with the issue. Secure erase should not cause you any adverse reactions or problems.

    the word says it all " SECURE " everything will be delete.. what is the warning for?

    i secured erased my pixi plus before i exchanged it for a pre plus... no problems there...

    sorry for the dupilcate message..dont know how to delete it... but just to ellaborate... i accidently pressed this button instead of the full erase..and then the phone completely froze, i couldnt switch it off or do anything.... but now its fixed...

    How did you fix it? I set my phone to do a secure full erase before I went to bed last night/this morning at about 2am EST, and it still isn't done at 9am. The little progress bar around the circle stopped moving, and it looks like it is frozen. It says don't pull the battery but I'm tempted to at this point...
