    What code are you referring to? If you mean the MSL you would need to contact VZW cs

    tell them that you had to dr it and when you try to activate it it does not have data connection. That's how I used to get mine. I haven't needed it since 1.2 though.....

    Not sure with Verizon you can tell them that Palm is on hold and they asked you to call and get your MSL code if that is what Verizon calls it.

    Read in a thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=27575 that verizon uses 000000 have you tried that?
